Vector Apparel Projects ("Vector," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit vectorapparelprojects.com (the "Site"), submit a project inquiry, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise interact with us online.
This Policy is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, the "CCPA"), the California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA"), and California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law). It applies to personal information collected through the Site.
We do not currently purchase or receive personal information about you from data brokers or other third-party sources.

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — the Site does not currently use ad-retargeting pixels or third-party advertising trackers.
We may disclose personal information to these categories of recipients for business purposes:
The Site does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes — for example, if we add an analytics tool — this section will be updated to name the tool and explain its use.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry-standard interpretation of DNT, and the Site does not currently respond differently to DNT signals.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control signal, where technically detectable, as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to the extent such activity ever applies to the Site.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
Automated decision-making. We do not currently use automated decision-making technology to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Amended CCPA regulations addressing automated decision-making, risk assessments, and cybersecurity audits took effect January 1, 2026, but apply only to businesses that meet the CCPA's general thresholds and engage in the specific high-risk activities the regulations target. Vector Apparel Projects does not currently meet those additional thresholds.
Minors. This Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 without opt-in consent, consistent with the CCPA.
To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, contact us at info@vectorla.com or (213) 205-8638.
Verification. We'll need to verify your identity before processing a request, typically by matching the information you provide against what we have on file.
Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.
Response time. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time, we'll notify you and may extend that period by up to another 45 days.
Appeals. If we deny your request in whole or in part, you may appeal by contacting us at info@vectorla.com. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days.
We do not currently offer any financial incentive, discount, or other benefit in exchange for the collection, sale, or retention of personal information.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or manage an ongoing project relationship — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If we learn we've collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it.
California residents may request, once per calendar year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we've disclosed to third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties.
We do not currently disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. To submit a request, contact info@vectorla.com.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated "Last Updated" date, and where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate.
